Identity & Foundation

Name: Golden Triangle for Investments Ltd.
Entity: Golden Triangle Logistic GTLC is a joint venture between Jordanian investors.
Foundation: It was founded in Jordan in 2013.
Purpose: It was founded to handle aspects of design & construction in the new logistic city project, and later to run and manage all facilities within the project. It specifically supports the new Aqaba Port and out of necessity.
Cooperation: The company operates in cooperation with ASEZA, ASEZA Aqaba port, and the private sector. The Araba Development Company (ADC) has decided to create a new concept for the Aqaba port, which the Logistic City serves.

Location & Size

GTLC is located off the southern part of the Aqaba.

Location: Proximity it is 1 km from ACT (Aqaba Container Terminal) and less than 1 km from the exit gate of the new Aqaba port.
Area: The area is approximately 261000 sqm in two phases. The first phase is 147000 sqm.
Connectivity: The Logistic City is intended to serve 4 major roads leading to the new port, Amman Road, port stores, and road to the port berth.
